What shipping costs can I expect?
We ship our Lilibells worldwide. Within Germany with DPD and abroad with Deutsche Post.
Germany: €3.45 for insured shipping
Europe: €8.20 for insured shipping
international: €9.90 for insured shipping
How long does delivery take?
The shipping time within Germany is approx. 1-3 working days.
The shipping time within Europe is approx. 3-5 working days.
The shipping time to non-EU countries (e.g. UK, CH) is approx. 5-7 working days.
International shipping time is approximately 10-14 business days.
To which countries do you ship the Dogibell®?
Germany, all countries within Europe, Israel, Australia, Canada, New Zealand
*if your country is not listed, please send us a message and we will see if it is possible to ship to your country.
Where is my Dogibell®?
As soon as we have received and processed your order, you will receive a shipping notification from us via email. Just click on the link to see where your shipment is. If necessary, please check the spam folder of the email address you provided - in rare cases, the shipping notification ends up there as well.
What do I do if I don't like the Dogibell® or it doesn't fit in my pocket?
If you are not satisfied with your Dogibell® or if something does not fit, you can exercise your right of withdrawal up to 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return and the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your money.

Is the Dogibell® safe for my dog?
Yes, the fabric of the Dogibell® is free of harmful substances and made in Europe from the first to the last seam.
